Failure!! I let this sit 8 weeks in plastic without racking it to glass because I got too busy with the summer, and it got infected. It turned very clear, but very sour, with a nice nasty film on top. I want to try this again, but not now...

Inspiration: This is a kit from the wine and hop shop (wineandhop.com), so I don't know the grains. I presume this is pale malt since it's a pale ale, but 6 lbs was just an estimate. Give it a try!
