Definitely too bitter, but hopefully this will mellow out after some time. The dry hopping is actually decent - this may counteract the bitterness a little bit. Not the best I've ever made, but quite quaffable nonetheless. |
Mash Style: Extract
Brew Style: Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale)
Ingredients for 5 gallons (19 L):
- 6.6 Amber Malt
- 1.5 Zeus Hops, Bittering
- 1 Fuggle Hops, Flavorings
Instructions:
Special bitter (I'm not sure it's Extra special, but we'll see).
OG: 1.048
