tasted	2010-02-13	Definitely too bitter, but hopefully this will mellow out after some time. The dry hopping is actually decent - this may counteract the bitterness a little bit. Not the best I've ever made, but quite quaffable nonetheless.	Show	Edit
tasted	2010-07-08	We finished the last of this about two weeks ago - the overly bitter character was completely gone and it tasted just right. The dry-hopping was good on this one, but the "wild" hops added a grassy note that I don't usually think of in bitters. I thought it was nice, but not representative of the style.
