Ice Age Pale Ale

This is hop-heavy classic english pale ale brewed in september (right during harvest season) with hops I grew in the eagle heights garden. Because of the many different kinds of hops it tastes a bit bitter and muddy, but is quite quaffable nonetheless. Brewing is relatively easy, just throw in malt extract and hops around the right time like you would for other ales.

If I were redoing the brew I would use a greater quantity but fewer different kinds of hops than I ended up with.
